Principles of Flight & e-Exam
Principles of Flight: Aeroplanes & Helicopters
Course Duration: 1 Day with the exam taken at the end of the course. It is worth noting that the Aircraft General Knowledge course runs before this course on the same day.
The Principles of Flight course covers all aspects of operating your aircraft in a safe manner to ensure that you stay within the confines of the manufacturers structural envelope for a given aircraft type.
Principles of Flight is a scientific subject but we demystify the complicated aspects and deliver the course using simple scientific principles, experiments and engaging anecdotes that directly relate to your flying lessons.
This course teaches you the theoretical and practical knowledge of aerodynamics, load factor, stalling, the four forces, flight controls, effects of weight, altitude & temperature for given aerial manoeuvres as well as comprehensive information related to stall and spin characteristics of typical light training aircraft.
All of our courses are delivered by extremely talented, patient and enthusiastic instructors who are both qualified teachers and professional pilots with a wealth of operational experience. We care about your needs and particular learning style.
