The Great Circle operates a "Pay as you Fly" policy, so you never have to pay for an entire course up front. It should be noted however, that due to the intensive nature of our Fast Track courses, you will be flying a lot and it may be more convenient to pay in hour blocks in advance.
Refunds will only be considered subject to a minimum cancellation period of 7 days.
Due to frequent fuel cost increases, The Great Circle reserves the right to amend course prices without prior notice to any third parties. We will, however, honour the prices quoted on this website at the time of booking for courses commencing within 28 days of the time of booking.
Payment for courses can be made by Bank transfer, Cash, Cheque, Credit or Debit card.
* Cheques must be cleared at least 3 working days prior to commencing any training with The Great Circle.
* Credit card payments will incur an additional 3.2% charge.
* We do not offer credit facilities.
Course Completion Times
All published prices on this web site assume that the course will be completed within the allotted time frame stated in the course descriptions. Experience shows that Fast Track courses invariably lead to people completing their course in minimum time, consequently, the projected times for course completion are accurate.
Should an individual require further training to complete a course, then The Great Circle will endeavour, in line with our 'Fast Track' ethos, to ensure that this additional training is completed at a time convenient to both parties with minimal delay, but always paying strict attention to the UK CAA guidelines.
In the event of any unforeseeable problems, The Great Circle will make all reasonable efforts to ensure the course is completed with minimal disruption.
The Great Circle will take no responsibility in the event of any delays relating to the customer which may lead to a delay in the award of a qualification.
Daily Start and Finish Times
The Great Circle will endeavour to complete your course within the published time. This time frame assumes a 'sensible' working day, typically 9.00 am to 5.30pm with suitable breaks in between. Please note, that in summer months and at our discretion, we may fly into the evening.
Due to any weather related problems, it may be necessary to operate outside these hours. This is essential to ensure that your course is completed on time.
The Great Circle treats all of its clients with utmost repsect whether communicating through email, telephone or in person. Under no circumstances whatsoever will we tolerate any abuse towards our staff or other clients through any means. Combative behaviour is completely unacceptable and will result in immediate removal from any of our courses. The nature of our courses demand that any of our respected clients behave in a manner that is conducive to learning and ultimately, flight safety.
We reserve the right to report any combative behaviour to our attached Special Branch unit, the United Kingdom Civil Aviation Authority and other training providers. This could have a detrimental effect on obtaining subsequent training and ultimately, licence issue.
